David Hobart

David Hobart is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA). At Pincus and Goldberg, CPAs, Chartered, he is regarded as an expert on complex tax issues. David has worked with the firm over 30 years.

David has been a CPA since 1982. He received his B.S. in Accounting from George Washington University and his M.S. in Computer Information Systems from Strayer University. David is a member of the Virginia Society of Certified Public Accountants and the National Society of Accountants.

David volunteers at the Society of St. Vincent de Paul, an international charitable organization. He founded a local chapter of the Society of St. Vincent de Paul in Northern Virginia. After serving as the Chapter’s President for six years, David is its current Treasurer. He has a great affection for cats, and resides in Virginia with those he has adopted.
